The home is lovely! Had everything we needed and then some. Would love to comeback. Beautiful deer wandering the property and lovely little town and Sunday farm market! Highly recommend if you’re in Callicoon. We were visiting for a concert at Bethel Woods which is very close and perfect spot to stay! Thank you Zoey - an excellent and thoughtful host!! 🪕

I'm a New York City-based host who fell in love with Callicoon and wanted to share it. I give guests their space while also being extremely responsive if anything comes up. My goal is for you to feel totally at home from the moment you arrive.

Why they chose this property

Callicoon is a rare find — a genuinely charming small town with great local shops, a couple of really good restaurants, and the friendliest people. What I love most is that you get 4 acres of peaceful countryside but you can walk to town in minutes. The Delaware River is right there for tubing and swimming, and Seminary Hill is just up the road. It has everything you'd want from an upstate escape without feeling too isolated.

What makes this property unique

Most Catskills rentals make you choose between space and location, but here you get both. You're on 4 private acres with a firepit, a cozy porch, and a full garage gym with a Pilates reformer, bike, and weights, but you can walk to downtown Callicoon for coffee or dinner. The house sleeps 9 comfortably across 4 bedrooms, making it ideal for groups who want room to spread out without sacrificing that cozy country feel.
