6/10 Okay

Disliked: Cleanliness
We rent with VRBO at least once a year and this property is the most run down, dirty rental we have ever had. The cabinets are coated with grime, the tile floor grout is caked in dirt, and don’t even think about pulling back the curtains to open the sliding doors. Nothing in the kitchen or bathroom have been updated. For the price I expected better.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, as this is not the standard we aim to deliver for our guests. Cleanliness and overall condition are extremely important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously. We wish we had been given the opportunity during your stay to address these items in real time, as our team is responsive and committed to resolving issues quickly. Since your departure, we have thoroughly reviewed the home with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure everything meets our standards moving forward. We continuously invest in upkeep and improvements, and guest feedback plays an important role in that process. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will use it to continue improving.
