The dining area sits nearby, ideal for slow dinners and conversation, opening into the gourmet kitchen—a bright and functional space with custom cabinetry, solid oak finishes, and beautiful views of the gardens. A cozy breakfast nook offers a sunny corner to enjoy coffee or tea while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Also on this level, you’ll find the tranquil primary bedroom suite, complete with its own private sitting room. Here, a record player, comfortable seating, and a large picture window create a quiet space for reflection or daydreaming.
