This apartment is on the private berm where golf carts take you to the beach. Or you can walk. Either way no need to drive, no sand in your car. Umbrellas and chairs are provided at the beach clubs. Pelican Bay also has a large community center with a large gym, tennis, PICKLEBALL. The property’s furnishings are not complete and can be furnished to your liking.
