Shared swimming pool. Parking space in front of house. 10 minute walk to Beach(Playa la Audiencia). Easy access to shopping Walmart, Sams Club, Starbucks and other Restaurants. 24 hour gated security. Public transportation(bus) runs in front of condo entrance.
Pet friendly, we accept small dogs and cats.
