Amazing! Breanna was incredibly welcoming and made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. The property is beautiful, FULLY stocked and in a great location. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful with one caveat. The complex is under construction and the noise of heavy machinery started by 6:30am Monday to Thursday as Friday was a holiday. It does appear that the construction will be ongoing for quite some time, so future guests should be aware.

We want to provide some context for future guests: St. Maarten is a fast-growing island with ongoing development across many areas, and Indigo Bay is no exception. As mentioned in our listing, the community is currently undergoing development, which may include construction sounds during standard working hours. (Though we want to clarify that louder machinery is not permitted to begin as early as 6:30AM.) One project underway is The Setai hotel, a world-class luxury property that aims to further elevate the area. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back again soon!
