Great property, so close to the beach. The view from the building isn’t great, but the beach is such a short walk it’s not a big deal. Condo is as described, very well stocked and kept up. So nice to have the beach wagon and chairs as well.

Great location! Very straightforward 25-ish minute drive from PIE. The 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo is set up perfectly for a extended family. Very clean, plenty of towels. The beds were all very comfortable. The appliances were nice and in good working order. The location is excellent. Right in-between 2 Madeira Beach public access points, about a 5 minute walk from door to beach. John's Pass tourist attractions are about a 5 minute drive. Getting back and forth between St. Pete and Clearwater was also very easy. I was able to shoot over to Publix, Target and Walmart in under 10 minutes. Ithe host was very responsive and also very friendly and nice when messaging. I'd definitely stay again.

This was a great condo (very clean!) with a lot of space and an easy walk to the beach. It was in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and other beaches. Management was very communicative, so getting access was very easy. We rented a car, and parking at the condo was convenient. A great place for the price.

Had to call agent for the pool gate code - luckily agent was very responsive - but that info was not in the welcome email/info or written anywhere inside the condo - which would have been helpful.Otherwise, everything was wonderful - condo itself great, location is great, affordability is great - would definitely consider coming back!!

All communication was quick and straightforward. Check in was easy with a passcode. The location is right behind the main drag and just an easy walk to Archibald Park, which is public access to the beach. The unit is large and clean. We love the light coming in and keeping it naturally bright. The bedrooms all having a bathroom Is very convenient. The beds are comfy, plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner provided. Publix is nearby, a surf shop out front and a CVS on the corner. Plenty of restaurants and ice creams shops nearby. Our family of 6 adults and 1 child were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The weather was hot and the water was warm (as well as the pool) but we had a great time! The Shell Island excursion was excellent! We saw manatee, dolphins and collected many sand dollar. John’s Pass is good for an afternoon of shopping.Appreciate that there was a well stocked first aid kit! We did have a need for it.
