Half bathroom located on the ground floor.
Sleeper sofa able to accommodate 5th guest at extra cost.
Guest Access:
Secure building and property access. Codes provided the morning of arrival.
Other Things to Note:
**IMPORTANT - To comply with corporate policy, guests reserving this property must complete additional risk / fraud screening through Truvi. Once a reservation is confirmed, you will be contacted directly by Truvi to verify yourself. This is required for property access. ** This property contains a device that monitors the noise level inside (does not record sounds) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and other guests / permanent residents are not disturbed.
HOUSE RULES
1. This is a strict NO SMOKING property and community. Guest of responsible for up to $1,000.00 in remediation costs if smoking occurs.
2. NO PARTIES. Please respect the community quite hours from 10PM to 6AM.
3. There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activity occurring at the property.
4. Guests will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained bedding/linens.
**We are not responsible for unplanned maintenance and/or shutdowns. Refunds will not be provided for unforeseeable circumstances.**
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved.
Interaction with Guests:
Available between normal business hours. Outside of these hours please call the provided phone number if there are emergencies.
