Tucked away among gorgeous homes in an incredible neighborhood. The Tree House is 600 sq feet, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. This calming, quiet and peaceful guest home has one full bedroom with a new pillow-top queen-size bed, one full bathroom, a full-size kitchen (including full-size appliances), eat-in kitchen/dining area, family room with a high end fold out sofa sleeper, and a sunny deck. The Tree House is perched on the second floor in a neighborhood with single story homes, looking out among mature tree

Fully furnished and has a new 47' smart TV (living room) and second smart TV (bedroom) with Netflix, Prime TV, Hulu, You Tube TV, wireless internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen. For warmer summer days/nights we have mini-split A/C units in the living room and bedroom.

It is very close to Grandview Beach, one of the many amazing Encinitas beaches which has good surfing, swimming and a lifeguard tower.

The home was featured December 2013 on the cover of Coastal San Diego Homes magazine, an insert in the San Diego Union Tribune.

Close proximity to many restaurants, wineries, downtown Encinitas, the beach and other local activities. We offer a 'Local's Guide to Encinitas' for our guests - hand produced by the owners.

If you prefer to explore, check out all the north county beaches including Moonlight, Ponto, Swami's, Cardiff and Seaside as well as the world famous Torrey Pines State Beach where you can hike also.

Del Mar Racetrack and La Costa Spa are within 5 to 15 minutes. Close to multiple hiking trails and some of the best bicycling in California. It is a half hour drive to the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, SeaWorld, and a one hour drive to Disneyland.

The Guest house is privately situated above the main house. It has it’s own stairway access, is very private and quietly located at the end of a private driveway consisting of only 3 other homes.

This was a beautiful space and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The home was clean, well equipped, and felt welcoming right away. The location was perfect, close to multiple beaches and so many great areas to explore around Leucadia. I loved how easy it was to get around while still having a peaceful place to come back to. I truly loved my stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I needed a quick place to stay for one nigh in between locations and this was simply perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to main street and its many restaurants and some beaches. Kind hosts and the place was very clean and cozy yet spacious and came with all the essentials. Great stay. The property is exactly what you want in Leucadia, quiet, relaxed, and close to everything. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with plenty of room to unwind. The outdoor areas and greenery give the place a true “tree house” feel, and the hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Location is ideal: a short walk to the beach, coffee, and restaurants. Parking and check-in are stress-free.Overall, an easy, enjoyable stay and a great base for a beach weekend in Leucadia.

Nichole was a great host and let me know just what I needed to know. The place was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. I met my 20-something son here while I was in town since he can't make it home for Thanksgiving, so we had our own mini Thanksgiving and enjoyed just chilling and watching some football. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is also a very soothing atmosphere with a comfortable bed.

So fun!! The house is adorable, clean, and has everything you need for a lovely stay. Nichole is easy to get a hold of and made sure we were comfortable. Fantastic place, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, quiet apartment in Encinitas. The location is great -- walking distance to beaches, local coffee shops and stores, as well as easy access to nearby towns via I-5. The hosts are wonderful and the queen bed is very comfortable.
