Welcome to St. Regis and beautiful Topsail Island! This Building 3 condo on the 3rd floor above the ground floor and lobby has immaculate panoramic views of the ocean. This retreat features a fully renovated main bedroom with an adjustable bed frame and an en suite bathroom with a roll-in shower and a lowered sink for ease of use. The living room is full of natural sunlight during the day and a cozy electric fireplace in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your vacation here with upgraded appliances to suit your needs. This handicap-friendly unit features wide doors to accommodate mobility equipment ( i.e. wheelchair, etc.). Additionally, this modern condo offers guests access to the resort's family-friendly amenities, which include an outdoor pool with access to Bum's Cabana Grill that services lunch and drinks, a new arcade, basketball court, shuffleboard, a workout facility with a sauna, a new children's playground, and BBQ grills in the courtyard.
