The house is very nice, brand new, clean, and generally well equipped, with some small exceptions which I’m sure will be ironed out over time. HVAC was perfect - you can handle the heat here without issue. We loved the back yard, and great and comfortable living space. The host and community host were very responsive.Proximity to the pool, lake, and walking distance to the mini golf were great for the kids and us. They had a blast. The gated community isn’t normally our vibe and the HOA seems very aggressive with fining people, but it didn’t affect our stay. Some of the neighbors were a bit raucous at times and there were loud four wheelers blasting music all over during the day, but everyone followed the noise rules at night. We’d very happily stay again.
