With three bedrooms and three full baths, including two king suites and a spacious bunk room, the cottage sleeps up to 10 guests and provides stunning water views, easy Gulf access, and a serene, elevated coastal experience.

- Four kayaks are available for guest use during your stay. Use of the kayaks is entirely at your own risk. Life jackets are not provided. Guests who plan to kayak should bring their own safety equipment. For safety reasons, kayaks are for adult use only and are not permitted for children.

Designed with comfort and style in mind, the open living area features a large sectional sofa, a large flatscreen TV, and wide bayfront windows that bring the coastal scenery inside. Bayfront balconies on both levels extend your living space outdoors. The main-level balcony features an outdoor dining table that seats 8, perfect for enjoying meals with a waterfront view.
Inside, the dining area offers a large table seating 8, along with a breakfast bar for 4.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN + LAUNDRY ROOM

The sleek, fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, quality cookware, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A separate laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer and a second refrigerator, ideal for drinks, ice, or bait.

COMFORTABLE SLEEPING SPACES & BATHROOMS

All bedrooms are appointed with premium bedding, comfortable mattresses, and flatscreen TVs:

- Main-Level King Suite: Balcony access and a private en-suite bath with double sinks, large walk-in shower and spacious closet
- Upper-Level King Suite: Private bayfront balcony, in-room coffee station and en-suite bath with walk-in shower
- Large Bunk Room: Two queen beds with two twin beds above (sleeps 6) and a full bath with bathtub off the hallway
