The place looked newly constructed or remodeled and we enjoyed our stay. My only comment is the place is next to a busy road and if you have sensitive hearing, it could be an issue.

Rental was nice and spacious. Great location with convenient parking. The house was spotless with fully stocked kitchen needs for cooking and plenty of towels. If you prefer a soft mattress this is not a good fit. All the beds are extra firm but still comfortable. I recommend this rental and would definitely book again.

Candance, thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the space, amenities, and location. We appreciate your feedback on the mattresses and look forward to hosting you again!
The house was beautiful, modern and very clean. The host seemed very welcoming as there was constant communication throughout our stay and we didn't have any issues. Dogs are welcome which worked great for us, as my demented mom has a support dog and never travels without him. Amenities were good for what we needed. They included towels (in which there were plenty, thank you) body wash, shampoo, blow dryer, iron/ ironing board, dishes, coffee maker, and pots and pans. It's always a plus when there's a washer and dryer and a TV in every room. We didn't use half of these things since we were only there for the weekend but it's great to have them when you need them. Thanks for making it a nice and comfortable stay.

Although the property inside is very nice, new and all the amenities, the location is awful. It is at a very busy intersection - I mean my bedroom was right on the sidewalk. And it is right across from the entrance to an emergency room, so ambulances all night. It felt like sleeping in the middle of the Indy Speedway. The parking is in the read and no back entrance, so you have to haul your stuff all around the building. The access code wouldn’t work and it was so noisy standing outside I couldn’t hear the woman on the phone when I called. The keypad leaves a lot to be desired. You can’t tell if you entered the right code or not and if you do it wrong too much it locks you out. Don’t go outside without a phone! Plus not the safest neighborhood. We were two women staying there and I wasn’t comfortable walking my dog. A homeless man was handing around on the sidewalk right outside the door. The stairs to second floor are extremely steep and long so be able to climb and haul your stuff. They need a handrail on both sides. It really isn’t safe. If you are visiting someone at MUSC Hospital it is convenient, otherwise I don’t recommend this property. I can’t believe all the outstanding reviews.
