The neighbors are great and very nice. The neighborhood is in the northern part of Vancouver downtown, near Clark College. Great for families or traveling professionals.

Getting around is very easy. You are about 5 minutes or less from Vancouver waterfront, numerous restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, PDX airport and many more places. The highway is 3 minutes away from the house and Oregon is just 13 min away.
You are welcome to feel like you are at home and enjoy everything the place offers.

- Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

-Shoes: Please remove your shoes and leave them in the entryway.

- Pets: Pets must be with owner at all times. Pets can not sleep in beds. Owner is responsible for any damages caused by pets.

- Parties are not allowed.

- Overnight Guests: Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.

-Early check in and late check out requests: We are unable to confirm early check-ins or late check-outs until the day of your arrival or departure. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. On the day of your arrival or departure, please let us know your preferred check-in or check-out time. If it exceeds a 30-minute window, a $50 fee will apply, which we share with our cleaning team to coordinate your request.
