The apartment was in the perfect location of Progressive Field. There was free parking on the street. The apartment was very clean. The living room futon was small for 2 teenagers, but they made do for 1 night. Would stay again.

We were in town for the baseball game and the loft was exactly what we needed for our stay. Walking distance from the stadium, easy access to the building and room, parking lots all around. The room was stocked well with towels, coffee, toiletries & it was not noisy in the halls. It was perfect for our trip! We’ll rent again next time we’re in the area.

Very nice small apartment that was right outside Playhouse Square (literally a block away). The owner was very nice and communicated very well and let us check-in early when we arrived an hour early. 5/5. Worth it and would stay there again.

The location was great and the apartment was adorable but there were a few issues -at night it is very difficult to see anything because of the poor lighting in the rooms. During the day you can open up the shades and see everything perfectly but at night we had to use flashlights to see anything because there was one lamp in the living room, and one lamp with very bad lighting in the bedroom. The other issue is that there’s only one mirror so if you’re with other people that need to get ready you’re climbing over each other in the bathroom to use the mirror and that was very frustrating. We had to purchase our own toilet paper. There was not even one full roll when we got there; they’re were several partially used rolls of toilet paper-no additional paper towels either, which I feel should be given when you’re renting someplace. The host was very nice and very responsive but ultimately we could not wait on him to bring us toilet paper so we had to go out and buy our own. Lastly, the other issue was parking. I was told that there was free parking in the area and if there is, it’s not marked that way. Everything in the area says one hour parking so I did pay for parking right around the corner in the parking garage for the college campus.

This is a great location close to everything in downtown Cleveland. 5 minute walk to Playhouse Sguare. 14 minute walk to Progressive Field and 30 minutes from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The unit was awesome; clean, well stocked, comfortable bed and furniture. We had absolutely no issues with the place. Chris was a pleasure to work with, answering questions in a timely manner and offering options for parking that we thought was going to be hard to find. Will definitely work with Chris again if we are in the area.

This place was perfect for what we needed! The location was wonderful for walking and exploring the area, with multiple options for food and coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the gym or shower, but it looked very nice. It felt like we were in a perfect location because driving anywhere only took about 10-15 minutes to get to. We would highly recommend parking in the garage that is roughly a block away. Requires you to scan your ticket to enter, so the safety precautions were top tier. Lastly, communication with Christopher was excellent. The breakdown of everything was accurate and timely, making the check-in and checkout process very easy. We would highly recommend staying here and will be back in the future!
