This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me! Communication was excellent, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—so close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!!!Justin is a premium host!! Thank you!!

Beautiful spot! It is a walkable distance to the beach and close to all the downtown areas! The apartment is super cute and cozy! The hosts are very accommodating and easy to reach! Definitely recommend!

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. Owner was very quick with responses to any questions (under 10 min). Super close to the beach. Very quiet and easy parking. Everything you need for the kitchen already supplied and the laundry was really convenient.Thank you!

We had a great stay! John and Justin were great hosts. Very responsive, good instructions for the check in process. The place was big enough for our family of four. Very clean and it's one of the best stocked properties we have stayed at. The kitchen had everything needed, all the appliances, utensils, silverware and pots were super high quality. The bedding was also super cozy and comfortable. The location is great, a block away from the beach. We had a little bit longer walk to restaurants and the Newport beach pier but it's definitely close and a really enjoyable walk on the trail. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making this property a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Thank you Justin and John for making our spring break awesome!
