Pet Health: All pets must be vaccinated and treated for fleas prior to arrival. Please ensure pets are supervised at all times.

Outdoor Lighting: Please turn off the backyard festoon lights by 10:00 pm to respect our neighbors and local quiet hours.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Umbrella Safety: On windy days or when not in use, please wind the outdoor umbrella closed to prevent it from lifting or causing injury.

Hot Water: To ensure a comfortable supply for everyone, please limit showers to 7 minutes.

Our only disappointment was the silicon sealing around the shower base. Everything else was good.
