I currently reside in Overland Park, KS with my husband. We became empty nesters in 2025 as our son and daughter went off to college this year. This is my first time hosting a Short Term Rental.
Why they chose this property
I love the location of this property as it is steps away from the south side of campus. It is close to the Business School and Allen Fieldhouse. This property was originally purchased as a rental for our son, however he is living in a fraternity instead. This is a very tranquil neighborhood with big, mature trees.
What makes this property unique
This house was recently renovated when we purchased it in August 2025. We spent 5 months furnishing it and replacing the deck to make it a cozy space that people want to spend time at.
