Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-You will find at the unit (on the dining table) a KEY CARD that you will need for getting into and out of the resort. It opens all the gates including the gym.
Please don’t get the key card wet. If the key card is lost the fee is $50 for replacement.
You will receive a code to get inside the unit in the day of the check in
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Best one I have stay in this was are first time going to Pamana city beach we love it duplex was great it’s about 3 min walk every thing was so close too like stores & restaurants. Are family will go again we love it.🥰 and pools was nice they had 1 pool close to beach we love it had food at order at pool or take to beach.

We had a good week at this condo. The inside was very clean and perfect for our needs. They provided a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and some beach supplies - including beach chairs!The amenities around the condo are great! There is a pool right by this condo. But we preferred the main bigger pool. It’s worth the walk. The gym is small but we were able to get good workouts in. Pickleball is also very close to the condo, too. There’s also a little park for littles across driveway. The walk to the beach is more than a 5 min but less than 10. Slower if you’re hauling things down. The outside patio area is not as great as we thought it would be. The biggest complaint is that it’s loud from all the AC units running. So no peaceful mornings with coffee out back. But not a deal breaker on this condo.The beach does have a few nearby high rise condos so it is jam packed! Hearing 5 different speakers and watching people leave their trash behind is not cool.
