This home features a bright living area with designer decor, a fully equipped kitchen with custom kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and indoor/outdoor dining. Each bedroom is uniquely styled, 2 have a King size bed, 2 have a Queen size bed, and the 5th bedroom has two fun bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a Queen and the top being a twin. The private backyard offers a pool, fire pit, grill, dining space, and lounge chairs for soaking up the Arizona sun.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please make sure all the windows and doors are closed and locked. Please empty the fridge and cupboards of all food items. Put all trash in the bins on the side of the house.

Please put all used towels and bed linens in the laundry room.please rinse off all the dishes, load them into the dishwasher, and run it.

Please turn off everything inside the house and the backyard. This includes all the lights, TVs, and other electronics. The last thing we’d appreciate is turning up the AC to 78 degrees.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
