Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

1 parking per booking. Please park under the carport - to the side to allow space for 2 cars, or in the shelled parking area.

No 3rd party booking / all guests must be registered. 1 per per stay with prior approval. Pet must be fully house trained. No pets on furniture.
