* **Stairs Required:** Please be aware that the condo is located on the THIRD FLOOR of the building and there is NO ELEVATOR. All guests must be comfortable with climbing stairs.

* **Community Application:** The condominium association requires all guests to complete a simple Short-Term Rental Application prior to their stay.

The AVALON complex is a quiet gated community and features club house, large heated, resort style swimming pool, barbecue area and gym ( GYM is currently closed due to maintenance). Temporary gym is set up in community building until officially gym opens up .
