Vintage Cozy Retreat in Heart of Salt Lake City!

Welcome to our Vintage Oasis in the Heart of Salt Lake City!
This charming and unique property is just 5 minutes away from City Creek shopping, Temple Square, the Delta Center home of the Utah Jazz, the State Capitol, the University of Utah and much more!
Nestled in a central location, you'll find convenience at every turn.
You'll also be a short drive away from the best Canyons and Ski Resorts in Utah!
Bring your friends and family for a fun and unique getaway experience!
The space:
Plenty of extra sheets and blankets.
5 total beds, can accommodate up to 8 guests. 1 queen bed, 1 bunk with full and twin bed, 1 blow up queen mattress, and 1 sofa bed.
Guest access:
Check in time is at 4 pm. Checkout is 11 am.
Full access to entire condo home with private entrance, free parking spots in back of property, and plenty of free street parking in front.
Other things to note:
Quiet hours are 9pm - 6am. Please be considerate of loud music/noises throughout the day as well. We want to keep good relationships with our neighbors. :)
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Really enjoyed our stay here- very quaint older home . Excellent location. As previous reviewers have said, please note that it is drafty and heat is from AC/heat units in each bedroom and living area. Recommend for the winter months dress appropriately. We were aware of this and did not impact our enjoyment..

The condo was in a great location. The mountain views from the beautiful front window were wonderful. The bed was insanely comfortable. The only bummer was that although a fireplace was listed under amenities (which was man reason we chose this listing), there is not actually a working fireplace. Overall, the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Great stay.

Amazing location if you’re visiting your college student at University of Utah. Doesn’t get much closer! The view from the front room with the large windows is so beautiful. We enjoyed hanging out there as a family very much. The owner was very responsive and we had pleasant and friendly interactions. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. Would definitely stay there again!

Cute place with historic charm. Quiet and in a central location. It was one mile from Primary Children’s Hospital. Only drawback for us was that the unit was quite cold. There was no central heat, only wall units in the living area and bedrooms making the bathroom and kitchen cold. Space heaters and extra blankets helped. Recommend slippers as the floor is cold as well.

Clean accommodations.Close to downtown Salt Lake.Close to grocery stores.Easy to get to other locations.Very friendly host.Easy check in and out.For a winter stay, be aware that your condo gets chilly easily (typical of this era of house), bring sweaters. There are wall heaters in each bedroom and the living area with 4 portable floor heaters, so it's not hard to warm up.We didn't hear the upstairs neighbors, and the only thing below you is the basement/laundry.The washer and dryer are pay (2 thru the app) but we've been told we'll get reimbursed.All in all a pleasant stay!!
