Experience Laid-Back Luxury in this spacious, sustainable & new 1BR/1BA ocean view designer unit. Hear the waves from your sleek and comfortable tropical sanctuary, featuring high ceilings and a fully-stocked chef's kitchen.

This is the ultimate remote office with fast fiber internet and two work areas. The best North Shore beaches (Three Tables, Waimea Bay) and the famous bike path are right across the street. Aside from beach activities, there are gyms, yoga classes, forest hikes and much more close by.

The minimum rental agreement is 30 days. One rental agreement is permitted per 30-day period.

2 person maximum. No smoking/ gatherings/ parties, overnight guests. Bike rentals available. EV charging on property.

Please note that this is a first floor unit in a home with two floors. There is a larger unit available by the month upstairs. Please inquire if desiring multiple units.

We live nearby and love the North Shore! We enjoy continually making our property better and more comfortable for all our guests. Being active travelers, we make sure to leave our guests lots of inside info on what to do and see in the area. This includes our favorite "hole in the wall" eateries, beautiful hikes and secret beaches. We hope you will have as much fun here as we do!

Why they chose this property

This home is across from one of the best beaches on the island - Three Tables. Waimea Bay is also nearby. The famous North Shore bike path starts across the street. The only grocery store and eateries (food trucks) are within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This property is fairly new so feels very fresh and light. The views and sounds of the ocean are mesmerizing. Our properties are designed with work/ play in mind. The furnishings are modern, new and comfortable. The kitchen is full stocked including organic herbs and the small appliances you rely on at home. All of our guests come back!
