Welcome to my cozy apartment in Trondheim. It is located in Lade, a central, but quiet place with access to the beach, a beautiful walkway along the waterline and several nearby malls, shopping centers and buss stops. 15 minutes by buss and you are in the center of Trondheim. There is an elevator in the apartment complex.
The apartment is on the 5th floor on the south-west corner giving you sun from around noon until 8-9pm during the summertime. The kitchen is well equipped with tools and spices, I have 1000mbps fiber net and Apple TV with a 48inch tv for your entertainment. The bathroom has heated floors, a comfortable look with dimmable and adjustable lights according to your preference. Shampoo, conditioner and showergel is included.
The apartment is just around 60m2 with the bedrooms being 11.5 and 8.5 m2.
I have included one free parking voucher for the duration of the stay. The washing room is located on the ground floor and there is a signup sheet for time slots that you can use. The cost for activating the room is 10kr per hour.

I´m from Trondheim. This is where I currently live, however, I spent 6 years in the United States getting my university degree on top of a year of high school. After I moved back I was able to invest in my apartment and renovated it up to modern standard and enjoy being able to share my piece of home with any traveler visiting the city. Trondheim is a beautiful town in Norway with great nature, active inner city and is considered to be one of the safest cities in Europe. Ask me about things you can do here and I´m happy to share some great tips.
Why they chose this property
I grew up in this area, and have my family close by. It is also in close proximity to everything worth doing and seeing in the city with great opportunities for excursions with a few minutes drive to the highway.
What makes this property unique
This property is great due to the location and has a great view where you can see as far as Ranheim/Charlottenlund from the east and through the city and all the way to Munkholmen to the west. The glassed balcony is great for sunny days, even if it is cold outside the sun heats the balcony up tremendously outside of the summer season giving you an extension of the summer heat. As I currently live there outside of renting out I have made sure the apartment has all the essentials needed to make this place feel like your own home. For those who plan on shorter stays you can easily use Wolt or Foodora to get any type of food delivered to the property within the hour. The apartment has 2 bus stations about a 3 minute walk away making this area a great place for those who do not want to spend the extra costs of a hotel room in the city center.
