A peaceful mountain escape nestled among the pines at 8,557 ft elevation. Perfect for families, friends, and adventure lovers, this spacious cabin blends rustic charm with modern convenience. Relax in the bright open-concept living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy seating, and a wood-burning stove (instructions must be followed for use). Enjoy books, puzzles, games, and 2 smart TVs for downtime after a day outdoors.

Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen featuring both drip and Keurig coffee makers, an electric kettle, skillet, crockpot, blender, handheld mixer, and toaster. Gather at the dining table for meals, game nights, and family time with views of the pines all around.

Snowy conditions are common in our area during winter, and we want to help you prepare. Here are our recommendations from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present.:

- 4WD Vehicles Required: These are best suited for navigating snowy and icy roads.
- Snow Chains: Bringing snow chains is recommended, especially for added safety in severe conditions.
- Check Weather & Road Conditions: Monitor forecasts and road updates before traveling. Use the UDOT app or website.

We arrange for snow removal services to clear the driveway at properties where it’s required. However, please note that road access to the property is dependent on county snow removal services, which may experience delays during heavy snowfall.

Please note that we are not responsible for transportation issues due to weather or road conditions. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related challenges, and guests are responsible for any towing or additional transportation expenses they may incur. If you’re concerned about potential weather impacts, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your travel investment.
