Everything was great other than the cleanliness of the carpet and rugs. I understand that the property is "pet friendly" but even spot cleaning would make a huge difference.

This is a great property - we have stayed here several times. It’s located about 20-30 mins from most beaches and downtown, making it ideal for a vacation. A few things to call out: carpets could use a deep clean, fans in bedrooms need to be tightened so they don’t make noise, water filter needs to be replaced in fridge, toilet paper holder in master broken… just some overall maintenance needed on those items. Otherwise, it’s a great rental!
