This was the worst rental so far, and I have been renting places for years. I've never left a bad review before. The pictures look great and the listing is very misleading. We had to avoid random strangers/homeless people while driving up go the property. Like literally they were in the middle of the street and we had to maneuver around them. When we parked there were empty liquor bottles in the parking lot. We watched a "crime scene cleanup" police unit drive by and the parking lot was full of transient activity. I looked online for reviews of this hotel and they were poor and agreed with my assessment.I have 2 small children and literally did not want to exit the vehicle with them. I messaged the host to see if there was any chance of a partial refund even though it was past the refund period. I told them about all the issues but they would not refund me, which is fine but I feel compelled to warn others as this is not a safe neighborhood. We left immediately and found a different hotel and had to just pay for this place even though we didn't stay there. Do not book this place!
