About this property

McKee Farmhouse: Rustic Farmhouse on 130 Acre Farm

Located in Coshocton County, McKee Farmhouse was built in the mid 1800's, It is nestled on a 230 acre working farm. The house was remodeled in 2025. It has an updated kitchen with all new appliances, a laundry room, four bedrooms, two living rooms, and one bathroom.

Each bedroom room has its own unique style and provides comfort for our guests. The house has heating an air conditioning on both floors.

Being an old farmhouse, it comes with some imperfections and quirks, but that's what makes it unique.

While we do all we can to keep out little critters, because it is an old farmhouse in the country, occasionally a mouse will make its way inside.

Not far from the house is the McKee Barn. A classic of Coshocton County. A porch swing makes sitting on the covered porch with a view of the barn, pasture and woods a relaxing experience.

Guests are welcome to explore the rolling hills, pastures and woods on the farm. A favorite hunting spot for several guests, McKee Farm is home to many deer and turkey.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave any used beds unmade. We will attend to them.
Place used towels in washing machine.
Please make sure the front door is closed properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
During spring and summer months the farm has campers in various locations throughout the 230+ acres. There is an outhouse at the barn for their use.
