Nestled in Louisville, my house offers 2 cozy bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like a hair dryer, heating, and AC during their stay. It is pet-friendly (see description for more information). My home is just 5 minutes from the highway for easy access. Ideal for a small family or two couples, it’s located near major shopping, dining, and entertainment. Only 20 minutes to Churchill Downs, and close to Bourbon & Beyond and Louder Than Life festivals. Enjoy the peace of a quiet neighborhood while being close to everything Louisville has to offer, including top events, attractions, and conveniences.
