Lockout Room Information:
-Memorial Day through Labor Day - rate includes the use of the "Lock Out Room" which includes (4) additional beds- house sleeps a total of 12 guests

-All other times of the year- "Lock Out Room" is not included- the house will sleep a total of 8 guests.
*If you'd like to add on the Lockout Room during this time, it will be an additional $200/night for an extra 4 beds*

When the sunset casts a calm glow over the countryside, don't be surprised to see a Bald Eagle break from it's circling pattern overhead and swoop down across our ponds to snatch a tasty fish for dinner!

This is the type of quiet country location in which the Eagle's Nest is located. Just minutes from Cooperstown and The Dreams Park, yet so private and undeveloped that one of the most sensitive predators, the Bald Eagle, calls this area home!

Experience all that our 50 acres of lush property has to offer...wide open, dramatic valley views, mountain vistas, unimaginably beautiful sunsets, thickly wooded areas, ponds for kayaking and fishing and exploring, hiking, wildlife and bird viewing, walking trails, and more! Woods, meadows, streams… kids love exploring this land!

The home features a main floor plan ideal for family vacationing...a soaring great room (with gas pot belly stove) that is open to a dining area and an outstanding kitchen with breakfast bar with seating for 4. A sitting room filled with sunlight is off of the kitchen and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks as the sunsets over the distant valley (the couch opens into a sleeper sofa). A full bathroom services the main floor.

The very large master bedroom with private full bathroom, featuring a jetted soaking tub, is conveniently located on the main floor and the French doors open onto a private, covered deck).

Each flat screen TV has a Roku stick (use your own streaming accounts to watch your favorite shows).

A large porch and deck surround the main floor providing great spaces for exterior gatherings.

Up the exposed staircase to the second floor are two queen bedrooms (both with outstanding views) and really cool loft space with flat screen... perfect for the kids. A full bathroom is located here as well.

A second private stairway leads to the "bunk room" with 4 very comfortable twin beds. The room is super private, 40 feet long, cathedral ceiling, 6 sky lights, large flat screen TV, seating area. French doors open to a large covered deck with awesome views and sunsets.

The attached 2 car garage has been converted into a game room with foosball table, arts and crafts table table and ping pong table!

Eagles Lookout is the ideal country hideaway; convenient to the area's attractions including Cooperstown and the ball fields, and yet privately located to ensure a quiet and relaxing country ambiance. The kids will love the opportunity to explore the property and mom and dad can enjoy the solitude and beauty of the area.
The pond is stocked with Rainbow trout and has two kayaks to fish from.
