Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Toss all used towels on the floor in guest bathroom.
Clean any dishes used, pots and pans are hand washed only.
All trash should be placed in the black can on the right side of the house outside
Set AC to 78 before leaving.
Turn off all TVs and any games in the game room. Make sure all remotes are left in their respective locations.
Please ensure you lock the side door, close the overhead garage and make sure you securely close and lock the front door on your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
