Kings View- #503 top floor- Amazing views!! Look no further! Huge sun deck with bbq.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking to spend some quality time staying on beautiful Lake Havasu!Enjoy boating and watersports during the day while using the sand beach directly in front of Kings View as your home base. At the end of the day light up the bbq and enjoy a cookout on the deck under an Arizona sunset or walk to Chabones Steakhouse across the street from the Kings View Condos! This location is also walking distance to many local favorite late night fast food establishments! Enjoy walking to nightlife hotspots like the Heat, Martini Bay or Kokomos. Other favorite walking spots include the Lake Havasu Museum, the swapmeet, Rotary Park, the Island Bike/ Jog trail, Windsor State Park, the Casino shuttle boat, and of course the London Bridge. There is a skate park which was opened in 2013- the largest in Arizona. Great entertainment a short walk away. Rent paddle boards, kayaks, boats, within a short walk as well.

-look down to the pool, clubhouse, bbq area from over the edge of the deck.
-conveniently located closest to the elevator for easy load in load out of beach gear, groceries, or wheelchairs.
- Bluetooth stereo to hook to your phone to listen to music or the TV
-new Samsung flatscreens tvs-70" living room tv and two 55" tv in the bedrooms with Samsung Plus channels and all your favorite apps to sign into.

Boat parking and mooring:
Parking witin the gates is a first come, first served basis. There is also parking at site 4 in Windsor State Beach Campground for a nominal fee. The parking is visible from the condo and a short walk away.

NOTE: Beach mooring in front of the condo is only allowed by law during the daytime. Boats left on the beach overnight will be tickets and/or towed at owner expense.

Quick spring vacation getaway

Great location, beach right outside of the complex and a quick walk up to the London Bridge. Interior decorating was beautifully done, Mattresses were very comfortable, the 2 hideaway beds were great for the kids and the kitchen had all necessary dishes and some spices as well a keurig or traditonal coffee pot. Ice maker on the freezer came in quite useful as well. Wonderful stay overall.

The condo was nice! The master bed was so comfy too! Plenty of space everywhere. The location couldn’t be better! It really is in a prime location. The view from our balcony was beautiful, absolutely beautiful. You can see the bridge and watch boats ride through. The beach is pretty private and a great spot

Everything was very clean. They were stocked with everything you could need they even had ice and snacks! They were very nice and Responded immediately when I asked questions. It had a huge balcony, a very nice barbecue I highly recommend staying at this place to create memories with your family or friends!

What makes this property unique

What we enjoy the most about Kings View Condos is once you drive through the electric entrance gates, you can spend most of your time walking places. Some of the best restaurants and bars a short walk. This is by far the most unique feature of this location. Walking down to the beach is also an incredibly convenient feature. Many of our friends call up when the get to the beach and we just grab our cooler and beach gear and walk outside...it's great!! Everyday the sunsets are better then the previous day. Its truly beautiful place!! We hope you enjoy the experience like we do....
