Beautiful cottage and space for our quick getaway. It was very clean and well designed. I loved the history behind the home, including the details and antiques. The bathroom is gorgeous! Very quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to downtown. Highly recommend.
Very charming historic cottage. Completely fenced and gated yard where you can park your car for added security and your dog can run around with no leash, as it is enclosed. Short walk to downtown.
Perfect location for antique lovers and pet owners!Arcadia is an antique lovers paradise and once a month the town hosts an amazing antique fair with hundreds of vendors as well as the local year round shops. What better place to stay than an antique cottage in the historic district! The hosts of this quaint cottage have provided everything their guests could possibly need for their trip and if you have forgotten anything or have a problem Pia is just a message away. We stayed for two nights and were able to walk to all the antique shops and fair, as well as pet friendly restaurants with patio dining. The entire large yard in back of the cottage is completely fenced and we felt very comfortable with walking our dog after dark and in the early morning hours. This newly renovated cottage is clean and decorated with comfortable vintage style furniture and bedding. The loft area with additional sleeping and sitting area is accessible via steep old style stairs that are reminiscent of the old colonial homes. As antique enthusiasts traveling with a dog we found this lovely cottage the perfect spot for all our needs. We highly recommend this location as it also offers easy access to many other local attractions.

We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold is all I can say. otherwise it's a cute place. Also you have to climb a latter to get up to a futon couch up in a loft area so just realize that's the second bed.
Great location, exactly as described, super comfy bed. The hosts are lovely, we couldn’t figure out how to lower the ac, I sent a message and literally moments later there was a knock on the door and they were there to help. I had accidentally booked it for the week before, and they graciously cancelled that and rebooked me for the following week. This is one of the few VRBO houses we have stayed in that comes complete with amenities. The hosts provide bottled water, keurig pods (for the cofffee maker, thick, soft oversized bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. If we ever find ourselves in this part of Fl again, we will definitely be rebooking this house.
A wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing weekend away ! Such a beautiful cabin ! Everything was clean and exactly as it was listed . 100 % recommended staying here !
