Absolutely perfect location away from the crowds and busy roads. Just a short walk down the stairs to the gorgeous beach. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer next time.

The location is hands down one of the best in Destin. We enjoyed every aspect! Gorgeous views. Beautiful landscapes. Condo had all we needed.

This condo on the beach was a lovely getaway. It was amazing being steps from the beach and close to many activities. The beach is magnificent… it was relatively quiet while we were there! The condo was clean and very comfortable. We spent a great deal of time on the patio listening to the ocean.

Location was perfect. The room could’ve been cleaner. Baseboards were dirty didn’t have any spoons very little silverware had no Tupperware for leftovers. But otherwise it was a great week.

I don’t think there could be a better location. The beach was literally right out our patio door, so beautiful and convenient. The communication with the management team was beyond excellent. We had an issue with the Keurig coffee maker in our condo not working and they had a new one for us by the afternoon. The chair service was excellent, eventhough the chairs were picked up by 5pm. The attendants were very polite and accommodating. Although the condo could use a little paint and some TLC in spots, it was very comfortable and perfect for us. I will say, although the bottom floor was very convenient to get to the beach, if you have loud upstairs neighbors like us it could be a little annoying. That is definitely not the condos fault, just luck of the draw. We will DEFINITELY be looking to rebook in the future. It was such a great week!

We had such a great stay at this condo!!! It was super clean and comfy. Being on the first floor was a game changer. We loved being able to walk straight into the unit without using stairs or an elevator, which made everything so easy for us. Then being able to simply walk out the back doors to the beach is why we are only going to rent ground floor units moving forward!The Gulf view was breathtaking and we found ourselves starting and ending each day just enjoying it. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with the bunk area giving the kids their own space. The management team was so friendly and responsive, making the whole process seamless.Our only complaint was that we didn’t get to stay longer. We’re already talking about when we can come back, especially since the beach felt so quiet at this time of year- it felt like our own personal backyard!

We loved being able to walk out to the beach so easily. The condo was acceptably clean but definitely could use more attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again.
