Stay at the top rated luxury resort on the beautiful stretch of Medano Beach, just steps to the three pools and very swimmable beach, an easy walk to the marina and center of town by beach or street. There are two beautiful, large master,bedrooms, with three full bathrooms, wrap around patios with private spa and BBQ. Spacious living room, dining area, multiple LED TVs, comfortable queen Murphy bed. Penthouse sleeps six adults comfortably.Every amenity on the property, including three big pools, Tennis and Pickleball, separate building for full workout facilities, and full spa. There are three contiguous resorts so there are many restaurants, shops and grocery store. You have everything you need on site. 2000 square feet. Very safe property and beach. Sit by the pool or under umbrellas and comfortable lounge chairs at the beach. Paddle boarding is available every day, water, volleyball, water fitness classes, daily fun event schedule. Nearby you can enjoy whale watching, fishing, sunset beach ATV rides, and many golf courses. This is truly a special resort available from Dec 27 over New Years to Jan 3,2026.
