The house was so cute, clean, and in a great location. Beds were very comfy and the huge backyard was perfect for hanging out. The host was quick to respond and very friendly! I would highly recommend this house

Loved this property for our Christmas week stay. Right by our family and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was lovely and had everything we needed to make it feel like home for the holidays. The only thing I would add would be window coverings in the living room to provide a little privacy. Otherwise it was perfect for us and we would definitely say here again!

Collyn was responsive to my questions before and after booking. The house is great -- even nicer than the photos -- and worked perfectly for us. More space than we really needed (just my husband and me, so we only used one bedroom), but we brought our dog, so the large fenced yard (also accessible from the sliding door in the bedroom) was fabulous. We had events to attend in downtown Carmel, and it was an easy 10 minute drive. Nice touches like leaving snacks and bottled water. I hope to rent this place again, same time next year when I need to be in Carmel again!

Only had 2 issues: the first and foremost was the attachment for the TV's made is pretty hard to attach the USB for us to use our stuff to have our local TV. Could barely get my arm in to attach in living room. Did not try in bedrooms. If there is an easy way, instructions would be nice. Secondly, we didn't need them but location of cleaning stuff by front door and games closet location would be nice.But to be clear, it was bigger than what we thought and the yard was great for our small dog. it is a great value for the price!!!!!!
