The two-bedroom offering comes equipped with a full kitchen and a unique open living area complete with a TV, fireplace, and jetted soaking tub. The second suite features a hotel style studio layout with a private balcony, smart TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Home essentials include central air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website.

Indoor waterpark passes are NOT AVAILABLE. INCLUDED: Outdoor pools in front of and behind the RIO CONDOS (seasonal).

Keep in mind that we only manage the room, not the resort itself, meaning our staff is not on the property at all times.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
