New custom cabin with attached condo at Snoqualmie Pass - sleeps 21
Chamonix Place is a newly built custom cabin and condo w/ a loft in Hyak Estates. The main house comfortably sleeps 16. Adjoining condo has a private entrance, yet can be accessed through the garage, sleeps 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 kids.
This unique home is built on a scenic lot with a six-car flat driveway, has ample space to store your gear, skis or bikes, and includes all new furnishings.
A short walk from the house takes you to the Summit East ski resort base.
Additional skiing, snowboarding, tubing, snowshoeing, Nordic trails, mountain biking, hiking, DruBru, Laconia Market, Pie for the People, and the Pancake House are within a 4-minute drive. Though you may decide to stay home to relax in the covered hot tub, prepare a feast in the fully stocked kitchens, play some poker or scrabble while the kids play in the adjacent rec room, or unwind watching one of the 10 TVs.
A few other features for your comfort include heated floors in the entries and bathrooms, seating for 18 adults in the kitchen, dimmable lights throughout, two gas fireplaces, an electric heater on both upper decks, a LoveSac in the loft, a huge couch in the bonus room, and extra comfy couches in the living room.
In December, you’ll be greeted by Holiday décor and a Christmas tree.
During the winter, an all-wheel drive vehicle, snow tires and/or chains may be required to access Snoqualmie Pass. Although the driveway is plowed frequently, it may become snowy or icy. Snow shovels will be provided for your use during your stay.
Age Limit to book this home is 27. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
