Downstairs, you'll find the third bedroom, complete with its private bathroom. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen including silverware, dinnerware, and appliances (coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stove, and oven).

The home also offers a living room, dining room, and a maid's room with a bathroom. Residents can relax on the furnished terrace, which allows beautiful garden and lake views and access.
