Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hang gate fob on entry key rack
Ensure all doors/windows closed & locked
Make sure stove & oven are off, and fireplace closed & latched
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets. No smoking.
Don't cut on new wood countertops. Use cutting boards instead. Please remove shoes inside (new carpet)
