No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. ☆ Quiet Hours: To maintain excellent neighborhood relations, local quiet hours are strictly observed every night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ☆ Strict No-Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the interior or anywhere on the property. Guests will incur a $200 fee for smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes on the premises. ☆ Toiletries: We ask that guests bring along their personal care hygiene products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. ☆ What's Included: Towels, linens, and basic kitchenware are provided. We also provide a complimentary starter pack with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration. ☆ Safety & Security: For guest safety and property security, the home has three exterior-only cameras (a doorbell at the front entrance, one overlooking the front balcony, and one covering the backyard oasis). A noise monitor tracks decibel sound levels but does NOT record audio. Tampering with exterior cameras and/or interior noise monitoring systems is strictly prohibited and carries a penalty fee. ☆ Layout: The property features a two-story layout, and stairs are required to access all bedrooms located on the upper level. ☆ Fees: The standard cleaning fee is $200.
☆ PETS ☆ We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs each) at our home with an added pet fee of $25 per pet per day. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send us a message!
Just a few important pet notes: - You are expected to clean up after your pet both inside the house and out in the yard. - We have a small dog bed at the house available for you, but we ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lie on if your pet prefers that. - Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture, beds, couches, blankets, or sheets. An additional deep-cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check-out. - If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional penalties and fees.
