Roomy and bright condo in a centrally located commercial area good for couples, adventurers & business travelers. Good for 2 guests. Pay parking available in the basement. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Inclusions are WiFi, cable, shower heater, aircon, iron, hair dryer, complete kitchen utensils.

This condo building is located along Shaw Boulevard, 3 minute walk from EDSA in Mandaluyong in the beautiful Philippines. It is situated in the middle of three major business districts - Ortigas Centre, Makati, and The Fort-BGC. The Shangrila Mall and Shangrila Hotel are across the street. The Mall has a variety of shops, fancy restaurants, a supermarket and food court at the basement, hardware, medical clinics and cinemas.

SM Megamall is right beside Shangrila Mall where there are more restaurants and shopping to be had.

Why they chose this property

I enjoy the location of this studio because it is in the middle of the action. Everything is a 5-10 minute walk away. The luxurious Shangrila Edsa Mall is just across the road, SM Megamall, Podium and Estancia Mall are accessible too. The Edsa Shangrila Hotel is right beside the Shangrila Mall. Discovery hotel and Marco Polo are also in the vicinity. ADB (Asian Development Bank) Headquarters are a 15-minute walk away. This condo is within both the Ortigas CBD and Greenfield District.

I love just walking around the Greenfield district park and trying out the different restaurants and cuisines.

What makes this property unique

You cannot find too many short term rental around this area. You are welcome to mine!

It is the best located residence building that allows transients. It is fully secure with a concierge and security guards. Guests are required to secure their own rfid cards (it is like a key Fob) to go into the building. The cards expire at the end of the stay so non-guests are unable to enter the building.
