The space
Each space in The Aerie – Kotagiri has been designed to offer a seamless connection with nature while maintaining an air of refined luxury. The villa’s expansive glass windows, cantilevered balconies, and open-plan interiors ensure that every corner is bathed in natural light and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Nilgiris.

Bedrooms – Waking Up to the Clouds
• The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each designed to frame a unique, uninterrupted view of the lush valleys, misty mountains, and endless greenery.
• Floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies allow guests to wake up to golden sunrises over rolling hills or enjoy the magical mist that often envelops the landscape.
• Interiors are crafted with solid teak wood furniture, soft jute rugs, and warm ambient lighting, creating a minimalist yet cozy retreat.
• Premium bedding ensures a restful sleep, while the polished concrete floors add a contemporary, grounded feel to each space.

• Complimentary breakfast is provided. Other meals need to be intimated in advance (extra cost). All our meals are made by a chef who specialises in local cuisine.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors . You can enjoy a quick smoke in the lawns or on the balcony terrace.
• Food will be served either in the outdoor dining area or the indoor dining room.

The service kitchen in the basement is off limits to the guests
Other things to note
It is recommended not to go on walks outside the property post 8pm as it is close to the forest line. Sightings of wild bison and leopards are common in the area.
