We are originally from the US. James is from Iowa, Lee is from Florida. We moved to Costa Rica in 2012. We fell in love with Bocas del Toro and made the move to Panama in 2023.
Why they chose this property
It is situated on a coral reef over crystal clear waters, perfect for amazing snorkeling and sea life. We have a gorgeous mountain view, panoramic water views & stellar sunsets!
What makes this property unique
The house is situated 200 feet from the land on stilts in the Caribbean Sea. It's completely off-grid relying on sunshine and rain catchment. This area commits to providing both!
