Winter travel on the North Shore can be unpredictable at times. While roads are maintained, a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during winter months for added safety and peace of mind.

Wonderful little cabin in the woods. It was exactly as advertised, but with more. Very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The sauna was a nice place to go after hiking to some of the local frozen waterfalls. Excellent communications with Megan the host!!

Perfect getaway

We visited the north shore for a family ski trip and long weekend getaway. We couldn’t have picked a better cabin! The location was great— secluded and private but also only a 5-10 minute drive to Lutsen Mountains and restaurants. This cabin is extremely clean and comfortable. The entire place is beautiful and had many amenities and luxuries to offer. The sauna, heated floors, heated toilet seat (ha!) were appreciated after long ski days. Our 8 year old daughter was entertained and enjoyed the extra touches that made this place kid friendly. Megan the host was very responsive and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. We hope to return again someday.
