It’s frustrating when a guest is charged a cleaning fee then is asked to take out the trash, load & start the dishwasher, etc.This is why I prefer hotels most of the time. It’s gotten out of control with the demand on the customer after we have already paid a cleaning fee.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you don't like tidying after yourself and taking the trash out. There is much more to cleaning a condo than these items such as changing the linens on each bed, sweeping and mopping the floors, unloading the dishwasher full of dishes, making sure there aren't little fingerprints on every surface, etc. We wish you luck in the future.

Property was just as photographed. Only a few minor issues. WIFI information was incorrect at check in. I had to figure it out. Strange hallway light switch configuration. Ceiling fan light in living room is operated by remote -- had to figure that out also. Notes for guests may be helpful. No wine glasses in unit. Balcony and balcony furniture were perfect. Close to beach and Pier Park. Walking distance to many restaurants. No complaints and would definitely rent again!
You can view both sunrise and sunsets from balcony.
