We had a wonderful time at this house. The views are awesome the pond was fun to fish in. Hiking on the property was also fun. House was as described and very comfortable for 4 adults. We had a very relaxing weekend.

Everything about this rental was great ! The house and property are gorgeous ! It is a peaceful and serene setting , that makes it easy to relax and unwind .The hosts were great with communicating and making sure all the necessities were available for a comfortable stay . The cows and horses across the lane were an added bonus ! They were the best next door neighbors …ever ! lol. We would not think twice about coming back to this property for an extended weekend visit ! PS Route 39 into Goshen is a picturesque drive with several pull off/overlook places to enjoy the scenery.

This place was so beautiful and nice, secluded and peaceful with a gorgeous view including some cows and horses which came by throughout the day. The pond was the perfect size for us and our kids to take the boats out into and look for wildlife. We saw hummingbirds, a regal walnut moth caterpillar (check out what that is, it was really cool), frogs and praying mantises. We hiked the trails through the woods and saw loads of deer including a baby fawn and a few pretty views of the mountains. We had three kids there and they were able to run and play independently and loved it, they were crying so hard when we had to leave. The outdoor fire pits were great, we cooked on open fires two nights. The beds were comfy and the whole place was in really great, clean, condition.

We stayed in this cabin for our second anniversary in 2007. When we move back to the area, I hunted it down so we could stay in it again for our 20th anniversary. A few things have been updated but ultimately it was pretty much the same and Is the perfect peaceful getaway place!

Family Fun in VA

Our family had a great time staying at this cabin! It is stunning and clean! The pond right off the deck is perfect for the fishermen in the family while the walking trails and nearby farm animals were pure joy for our little one.

An absolutely perfect cabin for the 5 of us! Located far enough away from the towns, but close enough for convenience of shops. Great location, calming surroundings, and a perfectly clean and kept house! Thank you Andy and Debbie for a wonderful stay!!
