Inside this thoughtfully designed condo and you’ll find airy open-plan living and dining areas seamlessly flowing onto a covered terrace and your private plunge pool for relaxing while the tropical breeze drifts through.
The villa accommodates up to six guests with two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath.
The upstairs bedroom has a small private balcony which looks out to the entrance of the development and surrounding greenery.
On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious en-suite twin-bedroom, which walks out unto a private patio.

Enjoy modern amenities: a fully equipped electric kitchen, WiFi, and outdoor BBQ for those laid-back island evenings. Just a short 4 min drive from your villa, you have access to the sun-kissed beaches of Mt Irvine, Back Bay, Grafton/Estate and more within walking or short-drive distance — while still enjoying the serenity of a hillside hideaway.
