Enjoy a bright 69m² (742 ft²) apartment in Barrio Escalante, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment has windows overlooking the south and north, making it bright but without the risk of overheating.

We take guest feedback seriously, and many improvements have been made to enhance the quality of your stay, including headboards, more plugs, a working area, a blender, and a powerful split AC in the common area.

The space
The apartment is decorated for you to feel immersed in the tropics to get a taste of the country. It has a main room with a queen bed and a private bathroom, a secondary room with full bed, and a second full bathroom in the common area. There is a small terrace in the living room. It can be used as a home office, with access to fast internet and multiple locations where you can sit and work.
Guest access
The building includes multiple amenities that are open to guests: gym, pool, yoga room, coworking space, roof top terrace.

There are other areas, namely the tattoo room, monkey bar, game room and red room that are only accessible to guests that stay 6 or more nights. These areas need reservation, so please reach out to us to be informed about the availability.

Please keep in mind that due the building rules, only registered guests can be i n the apartment or building and visitors are only allowed on stays of 6 or more nights with prior authorization.
Other things to note
If you're a light sleeper, this apartment may not be suitable for you. Our property is centrally located, near active train tracks. The train operates during the week (excluding weekends) and begins early in the morning (after 5am). Closing the windows can help mitigate the noise, but sensitivity to sound varies among individuals.
